A 30-year-old man has been arrested on an aggravated domestic battery charge.

Chanute PD responded to the area of the 700 block of South Malcolm for a report of a domestic disturbance. When officers arrived at the South Malcolm location, they spoke with one of the parties involved and were informed the alleged suspect has left the residence. The female involved in the situation was evaluated by EMS and was transported to Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center to be evaluated.

Officers were later able to locate the man in the 1500 block of West Main and arrested Timothy A. Fisher for aggravated domestic battery. He was transported to the Neosho County Jail without incident.
