High winds and reduced visibility resulted in a two-vehicle accident this afternoon in Osage County. One vehicle was driving southbound on County Rd. 3660, approximately eight miles west of Pawhuska and the second vehicle was traveling northbound when the two subjects hit head-on.

The driver of the first vehicle, Caleb Drummond was ejected around 70 feet from the vehicle. Drummond was taken to the St. John Medical Center in Tulsa where he was admitted in critical condition with head, arm, leg and internal injuries. The driver of the second vehicle, Ladd Drummond, refused treatment at the scene.
