Those pursuing a degree in nursing at Coffeyville Community College now have a new scholarship available.

 

To honor Nancy Evans, RN, BSN, for her 17 years of service to CHC/SEK and a lifetime dedicated to nursing, CHC/SEK has established the Nancy Evans Community Health Nursing Scholarship at the Community Foundation of Southeast Kansas.

 

The purpose of the Nancy Evans Community Health Nursing Scholarship will provide an annual scholarship to a student pursuing a higher education degree from an accredited nursing program in the region, who is entering their final year of study in the field of nursing.

 

Applications will be accepted on a rotating schedule with this year's scholarship designated for a student at Coffeyville Community College.
