A Caney woman was arrested on a probation violation charge over the weekend. An officer with the Caney Police Department came in contact with 40-year-old Kristen Vanetta, of Caney, in the 500 block of South Wood St.

Vanetta is currently on probation with the Montgomery County Court system and had an active probation violation pick up order. Officers arrested Vanetta after she ran on foot. She was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail on probation violation charges.
