A Tulsa man was arrested in Caney for driving under the influence early yesterday morning.

An officer with Caney PD pulled over a vehicle for failing to dim headlights at the corner of 3rd and McGee Street. Upon speaking to the driver, the officer could smell the odor of alcohol. The driver, who was identified as 70-year-old Ronald Rebold, failed a field sobriety test.

Rebold was arrested for driving under the influence and for failure to dim headlights and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
