Kansas State University's 108th Cattlemen’s Day will be held virtually this year, on the morning of Friday, March 5th. Beef Cattle Specialist Dale Blasi says the Keynote presentation will focus on the pandemic and how it has impacted the cattle industry.
Blasi says K-State meats specialist Liz Boyle will provide some information pertaining to small local meat processing plants. Blasi says if you want to take part in the virtual 2021 K-State Cattlemen’s Day you need to register at ksubeef.org.
