The Southwest Power Pool Emergency Alert has returned to Level 0 for the first time since early this week.

SPP downgraded the alert to Level 0 at about 9:30 this morning. Coffeyville Municial Light & Power announced the downgrade 15 minutes later, at 9:45.

The SPP Balancing Authority will remain in conservative operations for the entire SPP region until 10:00 pm on Saturday. CMPL will continue to monitor the situation and update as needed. They have also asked customers to conserve where able.
