Coffeyville Municipal Light & Power has reported its first blackouts.

The blackouts were reported at South Walnut and the City Wastewater Treatment Plant area, the former Southwire building area and the former Amazon building area.

The blackouts began around 8:30 a.m. this morning and are expected to last about an hour. According to Southwest Power Pool, these blackouts could continue through Thursday.
