The city of Parsons is currently trying to fix a water break near the old water treatment plant. According to the city, the break affects all citizens.

A drop in water pressure was noticed at approximately 10 p.m. yesterday evening.

Parsons is facing challenges while trying to fix the break such as trying to break frozen ground and attempting to keep equipment operational in subzero temperatures.

City crews are on-site and have begun the process of repairing the break.
