The Kansas Department of Transportation has announced that multiple construction bids throughout the state have been approved.

 

In Montgomery County, U.S. 166 bridge number 39 eastbound over Onion Creek located 14 miles east of the south U.S. 75/U.S. 166 junction will have some bridge repairs done by P.B.X. Corporation & Subsidiary out of Sapulpa, Oklahoma for just under $64,000.

 

In Chautauqua County, K-99 from the north K-99/U. S. 166B junction to the Chautauqua/Elk county line will have the shoulders repaired by Cornejo & Sons LLC out of Wichita, Kansas for $8 million.

 

There were also bids approved in Crawford, Neosho and Bourbon counties along with two bids in Cherokee county.
