USD 446 was informed by the Montgomery County Health Department that there are five new positive COVID-19 cases.

The five positive cases come from a student at Eisenhower Elementary, a student and two staff members at Jefferson School, and a student at Independence Middle School.

Those that have been identified as close contacts have been notified. Those who tested positive along with their close contacts will not be allowed to return to school until the health department deems it safe.
