The number of new positive COVID-19 cases in Wilson, Labette, and Neosho Counties continues to rise according to the latest reports from those counties' health departments.

 

In Wilson County, there are now 656 total positive cases but active cases continue to drop. The county saw active cases drop by eight from 87 to 79. Hospitalizations were up one to 33 with deaths remaining unchanged at seven.

 

In Labette County, total cases have risen to 1,922 with 252 active cases with 24 hospitalizations and deaths at 15. Neosho County has 1,226 total cases with 161 active cases and 14 deaths.

 

Montgomery County has 2,244 cases and Chautauqua County has 181.

 

There were 6,371 new COVID-19 cases across the state which brings the total to 222,433 total cases with just under 6,760 hospitalizations and 2,741 deaths since the pandemic began in March.
