The number of positive COVID-19 cases in Wilson County went up by 17 in the latest report from the Wilson County Health Department.

There are now 597 total positive cases however active cases dropped by four to 111 cases. Hospitalizations and deaths remained unchanged at 29 and five, respectively. There were over 3,200 negative tests while 487 have recovered.

In Montgomery County, total cases have risen to just under 2,000 cases, Labette County has 1,679 total cases while Chautauqua County has 143 total cases. There were 5,089 new COVID-19 cases across the state which brings the total to 209,689 total cases with 6,424 hospitalizations and just over 2,500 deaths since the beginning of the pandemic.
