The Kansas Department of Transportation has started a field survey at the U.S. 75 bridge over Cheyenne Creek, located one mile north of the south U.S. 166/U.S. 75 junction at Caney.
The length of the survey is 2,000 feet on the existing highway alignment. Survey crew members are gathering information for the detailed design of a proposed bridge replacement project.
KDOT expects the survey to be complete by Jan. 15, 2021.
