Staff shortages in the Independence City Clerk’s Office due to COVID-19 have caused a change in hours at City Hall from now until the new year. City Hall will be open tomorrow from 8:00am until noon and then closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Next week, City Hall will be open Monday through Wednesday from 8:00am until noon and then closed on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
