UPDATE: 28-year-old Patrick Shobe turned himself in to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on Monday shortly after 4 p.m. He is in custody at the Montgomery County Jail.
The Coffeyville Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for attempted murder in the second degree and intentional and criminal discharge of a firearm recklessly at an occupied vehicle for 28-year-old Patrick Anthony Shobe, of Coffeyville.
On November 26th, CPD was called to investigate a reported shooting incident in the area of 5th and Sycamore. During the investigation, Shobe was identified as one of the individuals involved in the shooting.
