According to the latest COVID-19 numbers from the Wilson County Health Department, the number of positive cases in the county continues to rise.
There are 454 total positive cases in which is up 26 since Wednesday's update. Active cases have also gone up by 8 to 119 cases. Hospitalizations are up by one to 22 while deaths remained at four. There were 3,040 negative tests while 336 have recovered.
In Montgomery County, there are 1,480 total cases and the county had its highest one-day count of new cases on Dec. 7th with 40. There are 185,294 total cases in the state as of the latest count on Friday morning.
