When asking how many active COVID-19 cases there are in Montgomery County, getting a definitive answer is difficult. According to Montgomery County Department of Emergency Management Director Rick Whitson talked about the challenges they have been facing since the start of the pandemic.

The Health Department has been doing everything they can to get accurate numbers to the public on a weekly basis.
