The Caney Police Department is wanting to make the public aware that it has received information concerning a suspect who has been in several communities approaching women.

A tall, skinny, white male with long strawberry reddish-blonde hair, driving a newer model dark gray passenger car (unknown make or model) with Oregon plates has approached two women at their residences yesterday in Humboldt. He told both women that he "needed a place to shelter" and asked if they were okay with that. When told no, the unknown subject did leave but it has caused concern.
