Man Injured in Montgomery County Crash

A man was injured in a three-vehicle wreck in Montgomery County over the weekend.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, a 2015 Mercedes Sprinter driven by Bradley Smith of Parsons was eastbound on County Road 6000 when he failed to yield at a stop sign at the intersection with U.S. Highway 169 and was hit by a 2000 Peterbilt driven by Kevin King of Bristow, Oklahoma that was headed northbound on U.S. 169. The wreck caused Smith's vehicle to hit a 2015 Dodge Ram driven by Patrick Conway of Sycamore who was facing westbound on County Road 6000 at the stop sign.

Smith was taken to Labette Health in Parsons for suspected minor injuries. King and Conway sustained no injuries and safety restraints were in use in all vehicles at the time of the crash.
