Fredonia Remote Learning Extended Through Friday

 

USD 484-Fredonia Superintendent Brian Smith announced that their remote learning will be extended through Friday due to the number of coronavirus cases in the district continuing to trend in the wrong direction.

 

There are a total of 165 students and staff that have been either exposed to the virus or have caught the virus. As of Monday afternoon, USD 484 was informed that over 28 residents within its district borders are COVID positive.

 

The school district will remain in the red zone for the rest of this week, then the Wilson County Health Department will make an assessment of what is safest for the students and staff in regards to resuming online learning or returning to in-person classes.
