Galena Police Department attempted to stop a Chevy vehicle when it crashed near Overlook Drive.
The two passengers fled on foot into a residential area Friday night. Galena PD, the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office, Kansas Highway Patrol, Quapaw Tribal Marshalls and Kansas Game Wardens all searched for the men but were unable to locate them.
It's believed that the men have been picked up and taken back to Missouri. The names of the men have not been released and the investigation is ongoing.
