Independence City Offices will be closed on November 11^th for Veterans Day, November 26^th and 27^th for Thanksgiving, December 25^th for Christmas and January 1^st for New Year’s Day. There will be no trash pick-up on those days. On Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve city offices will close at noon, however, there will be trash pickup on those days.
