A Buffalo couple died in a two-vehicle crash yesterday in central Neosho County.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, a 2004 Chevy Avalanche driven by 67-year-old Michael Drake of Buffalo was westbound on 160th Road when it collided with a header of 2017 Case International Combine driven by 41-year-old Adam Kepley of Chanute while crossing a bridge.
Drake and his occupant 63-year-old Marilyn Drake died in the accident. Kepley was not injured. Seat belts were in use in the Avalanche.
