A Coffeyville man was injured in a single-vehicle accident over the weekend in northeastern Montgomery County.

According to a Kansas Highway Patrol report, 73-year-old Phillip Merriman was driving a 2003 Honda motorcycle westbound on U.S. Highway 400 and attempted to take the ramp to southbound U.S. 169 when his motorcycle left the road for an unknown reason and his vehicle overturned.

Merriman was transported to Coffeyville Regional Medical Center for suspected minor injuries.
