A Neosho County couple have been arrested on a variety of charges including theft.
Deputies with the Neosho County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant for stolen property at a residence in St. Paul. Deputies were searching for property linked to burglaries and thefts of two separate businesses in St. Paul. Deputies recovered a significant amount of property belonging to both businesses.
Arrested were 52-year-old Dustin Rice and 45-year-old Michelle Rice both of St. Paul. Charges include burglary of a non-dwelling, burglary of a vehicle, possession of stolen property, theft, and cultivation of marijuana. Both are currently being held at the Neosho County Jail. The investigation is on-going.
