The Elk County Health Department has informed the West Elk School District (USD 282) of another confirmed COVID case. The staff member in question teaches preschool AM and PM classes.

The entire preschool and staff have been identified as "close contacts" and will be required to quarantine. Other additional staff members, including superintendent Martin Burke, will be in mandatory quarantine as well.
