One of the inmates who escaped from the Ottawa County Jail in Oklahoma has been captured.

The Miami Police Department arrested 23-year-old Justin Eby Thursday afternoon. MPD are still looking for 38-year-old Jerry Nichols. Nichols is believed to have been last seen on East St. NW in Miami.

MPD thanked all police agencies in their search for the escapees, but asks for them to remain vigilant. They have scaled back their search, but are still looking for the remaining criminal.
