A man and a woman were arrested on multiple drug charges in Galena.

Early yesterday morning, officers responded to the Galena Motel & Suites for a domestic in progress. Once contact was made, officers observed narcotics in plain view and the subjects refused to exit the room. Police were granted a search warrant on the room and arrested 45-year-old Gregory D. Bell and 44-year-old Ginger L. Parker.

Both subjects were arrested on charges of Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Interference with Law Enforcement.
