Motorists in Bourbon County will need to find an alternate route as the Kansas Department of Transportation will close a section of K-3 in to replace four crossroad pipes on Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 21-22, weather permitting.

K-3 will be closed to through traffic between K-39 and U.S. 54 from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. both days.
