The Montgomery County Attorney’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a person of interest in a series of worthless checks being passed in the County.  The suspect is 42-year-old Ronald Gross of Independence.  Gross is being sought for questioning in regards to numerous worthless checks drawn on a Bank of America account. 

If anyone has information regarding gross or his whereabouts they are asked to contact the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office or Independence or Coffeyville Police Departments.
