The Pittsburg Police Department have two men in custod being charged with kidnapping and multiple sexual assault crimes.

 

The victim contacted police and reported she was held against their will for several hours and sexually assaulted by two male suspects earlier that morning.

 

After a day long investigation, 24-year-old Abdul Wali Shoatz of Pittsburg was arrested. Shoatz is being charged with aggravated kidnapping; two counts of rape; two counts of aggravated criminal sodomy; and aggravated intimidation of a victim. Shoatz is currently being held a $250,000 bond.

 

A second suspect, 25-year-old Fedor Lee Warren Lomax, of Pittsburg, turned himself the next day. Lomax was arrested on similar charges as Shoatz. Lomax is also held on a $250,000 bond.
