A public hearing was held for the 2020-2021 USD 445 Budget. There were about ten people in attendance, with four speaking to the board in regards to the budget. Citizen Max Williams was in support of some of the improvements but says there could be cuts in other areas.

One of the main questions was in regards to the one mill increase and how much that would be. Superintendent Dr. Craig Correll says on a $100,000 home it would be about $12 a year. The board voted unanimously to adopt the budget.
