A man was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Sunday afternoon in northern Neosho County.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, a 2013 Buick driven by 79-year-old Barbara Clingan of Parsons was headed south on U.S. Highway 59 3 miles north of Erie when for an unknown reason she crossed over into the northbound lane and hit a 2009 Harley-Davidson driven by 31-year-old Christopher Ellis of Erie with her passenger side.

Ellis was transported to Miami County Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. Clingan was taken to Labette Health with a suspected minor injury.
