Two USD 445 staff members have tested positive for the Coronavirus. According to Superintendent Dr. Craig Correll, a high school administrator and district office director tested positive for COVID-19.

Dr. Correll says while they believe the source came from outside of the community, they are taking all necessary precautions. These include quarantining any staff who were within 6 feet for 10 minutes or more and instituting their “deep cleaning” protocol for affected areas. They are in daily contact with the Montgomery County Health Department and Emergency Management, and at this time all individuals involved are doing well.
