Due to the evolving COVID-19 virus, the Neewollah Board has made the decision to significantly scale back the Independence Neewollah Festival this year.   All Neewollah events with the exception of the Queen Neelah pageant and the Medallion Hunt will be cancelled.  Plans for this year also include a scaled-back Neewollah Headquarters storefront.

In a statement released today the Neewollah Board says they know a scaled-back Neewollah will impact the community, volunteers and businesses but in good conscience they could not proceed with all the activities and risk the safety of participants, festival goers, entertainers, vendors, volunteers and sponsors.
