The Caney Police Department is actively seeking the location of suspect Anthony Vanzant. He is reportedly driving a 2001 White Mazda TRB with Kansas plates 128-FYJ.

At around 6:00am this morning Caney PD received a 911 call in reference to a woman who had been beaten up, at the corner of 4th and Foreman. Upon Officers arrival, they discovered the lady with a laceration to her head, as well as other injuries. She was transported to the local hospital by Caney EMS.  During the investigation, it was discovered that the domestic disturbance had occurred at a residence, in the 100 block of East 2nd St.
