Chief Bromley Speaks at PINCH Meeting

Coffeyville Police Chief Kwin Bromley was invited to the latest People for Institutional and Communal Harmony meeting on Friday to talk about several topics including racial bias against minorities.

Bromley first spoke about complaints filed against the CPD about racial bias.

Bromley was asked if CPD uses body cams to help protect officers that could be accused of bias.

Bromley also added that citizens can request to join an officer in a ride-along but due to COVID-19 restrictions, that has tapered off but hopefully can be continued in the near future.
