Two men were injured in a crash around 6:00pm Friday evening about two miles east of Parsons.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, 46-year old, Basilio Mejia-Gonzalez was driving a 2002 Chevy Suburban eastbound on U.S. Highway 400 when an unknown vehicle that was traveling westbound went left of center which caused the Suburban to over-correct into the west bound lanes. Mejia-Gonzalez over-corrected again entering the eastbound lanes and traveling into the ditch which caused the Suburban to roll.
Mejia-Gonzalez and his passenger 43-year old Luis Santos-Mora, both sustained suspected minor injuries and were transported to Labette Health. Both men were wearing their seat belts.
