A Mound Valley girl was injured in a single vehicle crash around 1:00pm yesterday in Labette County.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, 15-year old Alexis Sharp was driving a 2000 Ford truck eastbound on U.S. Highway 160 and when she went off of the roadway to the right. When she attempted to get back on the road, she over-corrected and went off the roadway to the left.

Sharp was transported to Labette Health with a suspected minor injury. Sharp's seat belt was in use.
