The 11th Street and Willow Street project is nearing completion. There are new stop lights and turn lanes at the widened intersection. These stop lights feature a yellow flashing arrow. Traffic is allowed to turn left on the yellow flashing arrow but must yield to oncoming traffic. This is the first of these lights to be installed in Coffeyville.
CPD reminds you to slow down and use caution as everyone gets used to traveling through the new intersection with new turn lanes, and functioning stop lights.
