A vehicle carrying jet fuel catches fire in Coffeyville. CPD and CFD were on the scene near Clough Oil at 11th and Oak after being dispatched to a vehicle fire. Dispatch was able to determine the large utility truck that was on fire next to the gas station was carrying 600 gallons of jet fuel. This information was relayed to CFD prior to their arrival.
Fire crews had a quick response and got it under control with the aid of foam in only minutes. There were no injuries to report.
