Although state was scheduled to re-open further this week Kansas Governor Laura Kelly says she thinks the state is not quite ready yet.

 

The Governor says Coronavirus is still out there and we need to remain vigilant.

 

Kelly says she is recommending that the state remain in Phase 3 of the re-opening plan.

 

She said that because of the recent upward spread of the virus communities should remain in Phase 3 of the re-opening plan for two more weeks.

 

Phase 3 restricts mass gatherings to a maximum of 45 people.
