The Parsons Police Department is investigating an attempted abduction of a juvenile female Friday morning.

At approximately 9:30 am in the area of 32nd and Washington, a juvenile was outside in her yard when a sedan stopped in front of her house. A white male passenger exited the car, approached the child on the driveway and grabbed her arm. The victim said she would yell if he did not let her go. The male let the child go and fled back to the waiting car and sped off.

The vehicle is described as a full-sized sedan, white in color with a darkened rear window. No plate was observed by the victim.

The driver is described as a black male with some type of potential tattoo on his face. Possibly in his 20's or 30's. The passenger is described as a white male also in his 20's or 30's with blond hair standing about 5'10" to 6'0".
