Pittsburg State University has elected to increase tuition by $83 per semester following a proposal presented at the Kansas Board of Regents.
The increase will apply to in-state and non-resident undergraduate and graduate students. Following the increase, full-time undergraduate students will pay just under $3,000 per semester.
In addition, the University is undertaking further expansion of the Gorilla Advantage program, which grants in-state tuition rates to non-residents. Last year, all of Missouri, Oklahoma, and Arkansas were added, and this year the program is growing to include Texas and Tennessee through private funding.
