Both suspects have been arrested in the shooting death of 38 year old Otis Horner earlier this week. Coffeyville Police Department has taken 22 year old Jonathan Hall and 21 year old Ethan Bellamy into custody. CPD, responding to a report of shots fired, found Horner in the 600 block of East 3rd St early Sunday morning. Horner was transported to CRMC, where he was pronounced deceased.
