The Independence Recreation Commission is up and running again and sign-ups are underway for multiple activities this summer.

 

Sign-ups are available now for baseball and softball, tennis lessons and swimming lessons.

 

Executive Director of the Independence Chamber of Commerce, Lisa Wilson says there are multiple ways you can get your children signed up for these summer activities.

 

The Ash Center is open for adult lap swimmers from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The rest of the facility will remain closed besides for office hours and registrations from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
