Chautauqua County is once again open, with no restrictions or regulations due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The county commission voted 3-0 last Friday to reopen the county after Sedan Mayor Jack Warren asked if there would be any continued restrictions.

Chautauqua County has seen four positive cases since the KDHE began releasing numbers, with 73 negative tests. Counties have been able to decide their own paths since Governor Laura Kelly allowed them to do so last week.
