Going on bear hunt in Coffeyville. Two local moms, in a matter of a few days, have put together a teddy bear scavenger hunt throughout town. Organizer Allyson Simpson says she has seen other towns do this and thought it would provide a much needed distraction.

Organizer Chantelle Johnson says kids and their families are encouraged to get out and look for bears or other stuffed animals in windows around town and keep track of how many they find.  Simpson and Johnson say if you want to participate to just put a teddy bear in your window.
