The SBA loans would be available to businesses in every county in the state as soon as an SBA declaration is approved which is expected before Monday.  The other two programs announced today by the Governor is a rapid loan program that would streamline the process for local businesses to get community funds and a Hospitality Industry Emergency Relief Fund for an industry that’s been especially hard hit by COVID-19.
